2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the website amatch.ch. It is based on Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and is applied analogously to visitors from the EU.
3. Personal data we process

Clicking a booking button opens Calendly in a new window. The phone, email and WhatsApp contact links open the corresponding app on your device; no data reaches us until you choose to send a message yourself. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies for analytics purposes. Visitors from the EU/EEA are asked for consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data that you provide voluntarily (e.g. when booking an appointment) in order to arrange and hold the initial consultation, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website.
5. Retention period
Appointment data is kept for as long as needed to prepare for and follow up on the initial consultation and any related communication, after which it is deleted or processed only in anonymised form. Server log files are automatically deleted after 90 days at the latest, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your data with third parties except the following processors, who are contractually bound to data protection:
- Hosting/domain: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Operates the website and email infrastructure.
- Appointment booking: Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA. Processes the data needed to arrange an appointment; details in Calendly's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Only if you actively contact us via the WhatsApp link; details in WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Details in Google's privacy policy.
Data is only transferred abroad where an adequate level of data protection is ensured, in particular on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
8. Your rights
Under the revFADP, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, as well as rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. An informal message to contact@amatch.ch is sufficient to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever our data processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
