These terms govern the collaboration between the client and A Match, Louis Amara (hereafter "A Match"), for recruiting services in the trades. They apply to every engagement once it has been confirmed.

1. Services

A Match helps trade businesses fill open skilled-trade positions through campaign setup, candidate pre-screening and application management. The exact scope of services is discussed during the initial consultation and set out in a written quote.

2. Formation of the engagement

An engagement is formed once the client confirms the quote in writing, for example by email.

3. Client cooperation

The client provides the information and materials needed for the campaign (job profile, visuals, feedback on applications) in a timely manner. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation extend the processing time accordingly, without A Match being held responsible.

4. Fees and payment terms

[Fee structure per the individual quote, to be completed here: flat fee, success-based or hourly rate.] Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days without deduction.

5. No guarantee of outcome

A Match makes every effort to fill the advertised position successfully but cannot guarantee a hire. The selection of candidates and the hiring decision rest solely with the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties treat business information received during the collaboration as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent.

7. Data protection

Processing of personal data during the collaboration is governed by A Match's privacy policy.

8. Term and termination

[Term and notice period per the individual quote, to be completed here.] Unless otherwise agreed, either party may terminate the engagement in writing with 30 days' notice; services already rendered are invoiced on a pro-rata basis.

9. Liability

A Match's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect damages or lost profit, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Bern.

11. Final provisions

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
